Selling my Roadcrafter. $800 + Shipping

2 1/2 seasons of use.

Size 44 Regular, No custom size alterations.

Extras: Hip Pads, TF3 back protector, heated gear pass-through.

Cleaned and serviced this year. I wore it to Bust's tech day and SEO only this year.

I have the "Always Ready" Rain Boot covers Velcro setup inside the pant legs. I'm keeping covers but you won't have to add the Velcro to the suit is you want to buy some.

Saw him wearing this last weekend and he was looking very stylish...but that might have been the plaid shorts he wore underneath the riding suit!

So, the purchaser can be sure you never went commando in this thing?(Roadcrafters are selling new for well north of $1100 nowadays. ...Even those hideous yellow ones.)
It's that word "Hideous" that attracted my attention, along with the hi-viz suits, of course.

My beef with Aerostich is a simple one. They make a premium product which they are clearly very proud of. Along with KLIM and Rukka they are right up there in terms of function ... indeed they are the cheapest of the three.

But what about form? The latest gear from KLIM, even Rukka doesn't just keep you protected from the road, and impacts as well as the elements, it looks like it will too.

There is no need to be making the same suit you made in the seventies, however beloved it might have been by my Dad. Get yourselves a designer who has seen modern motorcycling gear 'cos I wanna look good in pictures. I have zero natural attributes, and I'd like my motorcycle gear to offer a little help!!!

That said, $800 is a decent price for a suit in good condition, so GLWS.

It's a great suit with a few extras. It's just one of those things as far as style, but for protection it's an outstanding product, not just impacts but the abrasion resistance. For Klim & Rukka you're way above $800 just for a jacket.

It's not something I "need" to sell, I'll hang on to it, instead of fire-selling it. I took a look around and probably like most of us I have more crap than I need.

No commando, otherwise it'd be at least $1500.
