size of unused mirror holes?

Started to do the farkling on my "new" 03. I am kinda partial to Ram Mounts and it looks like the unused mirror holes would be just as good a place as the clutch/brake resovoir covers. What mm are they if anybody knows off hand. I plan on orderind from cyclegadgets unless you folks can point me to a better source.

Looks to be M10 x 1.25 pitch. Is one side reverse thread?

Clutch side is M10, brake side is M10 but reverse thread. RAM makes a ball for the clutch side, but they don't make one for the reverse thread. You could tap the hole to a larger SAE size and get one to fit.

I know, for a previous bike, I purchased from Dennis Kirk, etc an adapter(s) for the reverse thread side...

they even have a rubber "shock proof" version to steady mirrors

google "yamaha mirror mount adapter reverse thread"

RAM makes an adapter for the reverse threads.

Thanks guys, with that info plus the center mount sold by a forum member I should be on my way to farklelization.

Next the fun part, how to wire all this stuff.
