I have a Sargent seat I would like to sell. It came off of my 06 FJR it also has the back rest and silver/grey piping. I would like to get around 350.00 for it.

ABCguy, yes it will. I am using the Sargent seat off of my old 2008 FJR on my '13 FJR.
