The BEST Yamaha Shop & Mechanic in the PNW

Yamaha has issued a recall on the 2015 Yamaha R1, the transmission gear are inadequate and needs to be replace with stronger ones.

It's an intensive process, taking over 16 hours of labor and over 100 bolts and screws; moreover involves removing the motor from the motorcycle and dissembling the motor.

My R1 friends and I need some help and we are looking for the best place to get this done.

Due to the nature of the work, we wanted to get some feedback and recommendation on the best Yamaha mechanic for the job.

If the job is done poorly, the result could be hazardous and shorter engine life, a decrease in value to the motorcycle due to scratches an poor assembly not to mention list of other negative effect.

Please help and share your Yamaha dealership experience and recommendation.
