Hi all, I placed an order on 5/10/07...heard nothing. I emailed a refund request in mid June...I heard nothing. I tried emailing and calling several times...received same messages about their hours and personal problems. They state on their phone message to stop by the store as being the best way to contact them. This is poor business practices IMHO. I wish to get my refund to my credit card and have nothing further to do with them.

Does anyone live in Bristol, PA? 1614 Farragut Ave. Do they actually exist?
