Yamaha XS1100

This is a long shot but here goes.

I am after an original exhaust system to fit a 1978/79 XS1100, they were the "F" & "G" models, not the special.

If any one knows of this item or any other new XS1100 original parts I would be very interested to hear from you.

Those look just like the ones on my '79 XS1100 SF!

the exhaust for the XS1100-G standard is very hard to find..i purchased a stock exhaust for a special but have not tried to see if it mates up to my G-model..looking at the two the special exhaust is shorter, so the rear tire doesn't have to be cabled for the axel to be removed, but not sure if the mounting bolts line up with the standard's.

i have since purchased the FJR and the exhaust swap on the XS has been put way on the back burner.

i do occasionally see an exhaust for the standards on ebay. good luck
