Thanks for the input. the basic shock is the 460model and it is $620. the preload cost $269. They do sell shocks for $1200 as well. The guy said as of December they are assembling the shocks at his shop.

Has anyone tried or had any experience with a Hyperpro rear shock. they are custom made in New Jersay. Cost $620. Thanks

Thanks for the advice. He says he wants to ride on weekends maybe a trip with the guys once a year. A few of the other new riders have gotten cruisers. I think he is someone who gets too much info and can't make a decision.

I have a friend who wants to get a bike for $5000 or under. He has ridden dirt bikes in the past and took the motorcycle course. There are a few Concours C-10's with about 15,000miles in that price range. My question is what would be a good starter bike for him? Cruiser? Adventure? What...

A good chance I'll be riding from Richmond VA to Poplar Bluff MO. Looking at a route trying to avoid the interstate. RT 60 gets me there. Any suggestions on other routes. Is 60 a good choice. Going to take 2 days to get there and will ride with some friends around that area. Thanks

I am tired of fumbling for change to get through tolls. If you use the E Z Pass where have you placed it on the bike. Someone mentioned putting it in the tank bag. I seldom ride with mine. Any suggestions. Thanks
