    Right on XLR8, I totally agree. Also, If the cagers are asleep like they normally are the risk is somewhat mitigated. It's not like they are going to actually see the bike so they won't have that tendancy to pull in front of it. Ride on "Crazy" man!

    '04 FJR running rich

    That's kinda what I wanted to hear actually. It seems to run fine at any RPM/speed so maybe I'm being a little paranoid. If there are other bikes that run about the same, I'll put this off of my worry list. It will be in for the 18,000 mile service soon and I'll have them check it hopefully...

    Hello all, My FJR seems to be running rich. I have only noticed this since installing holeshot slip-on's but it was probably present with the stock mufflers. Anyone else have this problem? I have heard some here say that their fjr was running lean. Where should I begin troubleshooting?

    Yes, that's the feeling. Wallowing through the curves. I set all of the suspension settings to the 'Sport Rider' settings mentioned somewhere. They are pretty stiff all the way around, and after riding a couple of days on that I set them one less stiff for all rebound and compression...

    Does anyone else here experience wobble in high speed curves? What can be done? new suspension front and rear? If I execute the perfect line, this rarely happens. I suppose the best fix would be to perfect my cornering technique, but that's not likely to happen. thanks

    Deals Gap Nov 5th

    I will try to be there. My bike is going in the shop on the 4th and I hope they have it out by the evening, but I have zero confidence that they will. Next nearest Yam shop is 50 miles away so they do what they want at this particular dealership, and don't really care about customer service...
