gas fumes

Been smelling them for a while, especially when the bike is hot.

Means my vent is working, right? I took it apart this weekend for cleaning. Vent hose was clear.

I can see that no one is jumping on here so, I'll tell you that I get the gas smell sometimes myself. Usually shortly after eating beans and sometimes flank steak with dry rub.

But seriously folks - I notice fumes in the warmer months usually just after shutdown in the garage. Never worried about it as I "think" it's pretty normal. 05 here too.

Yeah, pretty normal unless you have a Cali bike; those have carbon cannisters.
