These would be Gen II only (2006+) as all those attachment points (and fairing gaps) are different on 2005 and earlier.

They would certainly seem to offer better lean-angle clearance than another set that went through a while back.

i would deffinatly be interested in the rear side bag gaurds depending on price of course

Yeah, you'd have to be SERIOUSLY leaned over to scrap those puppies!

Might offer another option for mounting aux lighting as well - inside the hoop. :)

Just sent you a PM 4x4, but I'll ask this question out loud here:

What's the delivery time after the order is placed?

Ditto, the option to add lighting would be great!

The pictures provided are too small to really see the detail.

Can you post photos that are about 4-6 times larger? I am very interested, but want to see better pictures.

I'd say the option is already right there - maybe drill a mounting hole, or just clamp your light to the bar. :)

Definitely interested. I would like to know the retail price, so I can at least get an idea.

Now, if I get a black and white paint job....

Very interesting. Not going to protect the stator, but should do wonders for saving plastic. Not sure on the rear bars. I can't help but wonder if the aluminum stay will simply snap under the leverage of the crash bar, resulting in more expense and still rashed bags, at least for an at speed crash. Low speed or drops, awesome protection.

No plans for a Gen I version?

I'd like to know what kind of weight you would be adding to the bike. The rear guards with a set of sliders up front seem like a good option. I've seen some drop tests with a similar setup on a ST 1300 or a BMW RT. It was hard to watch but the guards did a good job of protecting the bike.

I'm so computer challenged... how do i attach a photo here WITHOUT it being on another site? when I click the button that says "attach image" it prompts me with an http address. oye!

Is there some icon or button I'm missing? I have a few of the pics saved to my computer.

FYI... there IS a bracket/plate inside the front bar hoop... you can mount a siren, lights, strobes, funeral escort stuff type work or whatever.

or you could just blast the siren and go straight to jail. lol. just kidding!

The pics have to be hosted someplace else and linked to. An easy way to take pics from your PC and post them is to upload them at TinyPic.com You can choose the size before hitting upload. Default is whatever you already had usually. Click on the menu and you will see forum and other suggested sizes. That works well. Once uploaded there, you can select the link and just copy and past it into your forum post w/o further hassle. And those images stay up on tinypic for a very long time. Unlike Photobucket pics which can get moved and then the links no worky.

That picture shows a light (or siren) mount in place already.

These look exactly like those offered by Kaw for the C14. I personally don't care for the look but I bet they are a quality product.

I wish they could make a design similar to the 905 units I have but with a tad more clearance. I like those bars because they hug the natural shape of the bike and protect the stator.

I'm definitely very interested in the rear guards, I'll have to ponder the front guards for a bit.

I will also want a set of rear guards, but would like to know more about pricing before purchasing the front.
