I see the Skyway links are dead. Anyone making spacers?

Thanks

Before anyone made "super special semi-custom" spacers many of us made our own.

IIRC, I stacked two 5/8" nuts and bought the correct length counter-sunk screws to clamp the "W" bracket to the windshield operating base. Pretty basic shade-tree mechanic trick.

Like Mike said, stacked nuts will work which can be fine tuned for effect. I went with a Rifle tuning block which seems to work well for me. Ftompa on the forum makes a nice one for about half of what Rifle was getting for them.

Thanks everyone!

What size countersunk screws and what size washers did you use?
I don't remember the size. No washers. I took one of the original counter sunk allen-head screws with me and bought 2 new screws that were two 5/8" nuts longer. I just laid the original screw on the counter and put the nuts below it...then bought 2 matching screws that were the correct length.
