I case you are not aware here is the link to the original incident when a Frito-Lay truck attempted to shunt Bungie...
WCR incident with truck
As promised I sent the video as part of this e-mail to the Frito-Lay Canadain offices...
"On Friday, September 10th at approximately 10AM, a fellow motorcyclist and I were travelling Hwy 4 on Vancouver Island just east of Port Alberni and were in a construction zone following one of your company trucks. There was line painting equipment in front of us and there was a Ministry of Transportation vehicle directing traffic to pass the equipment to the right as seen at the beginning of the attached video.
The Frito-Lay truck could not pass at this particular spot due to the width of the shoulder but when my friend attempted to go by, the driver deliberately blocked his way in an extremely dangerous and unprofessional manner. My friend had previously made eye contact in the truck's mirror with the driver and was in plain view of the driver when the pass was attempted. We know the blocking move was deliberate since my friend could see the driver laughing after almost putting my friend in the ditch.
I captured this incident on video and have posted it on YouTube and you may view this incident for yourself:
I would like to think that it is not the company's policy to tolerate such behaviour from your employees or representatives and would appreciate a timely reply about this matter.
Yours Sincerely,
Bill Fitkowski"
I sent this today since I had hoped to be able to determine the licence number of the vehicle when I viewed it in high resolution but I still was not able to read the plate number.
The following was the reply sent to me by the company...
