I just got back from a trip that included a lot of Wyoming... the max speed on my Zumo says 114 (I was passing - not cruising at that speed!). So effortless!

Welcome from Minneapolis! I spent all last Sunday (so warm out) in the driveway installing a new DVR into my black 2008.... And then it snowed.

I purchased two photos from my visit in October 2020. On one, the bike looks glossy and clean, and on the other you can see that I rode over 1,000 miles to get there from Minneapolis. I like both of 'em for different reasons!

My spare ignition keys are inside my Givi topcase. My spare Givi topcase keys are in a pan under the seat. If I lose BOTH keys at the same time, I'm hosed. But if either of them bends/breaks by itself, I'm covered (and, frankly, if one is desperate, getting into a Givi topcase is not that...

All this money and jazzy equipment... I've been using my $90 "BeatsX" bluetooth headset under my helmet for the past couple of years and it's been working great. I can get the helmet on/off over them without ripping them out of my ears. They seal nicely to keep out most of the road noise...

I'm the 3rd owner of my 2008 with about 14,000 miles (just got it last July). Is there an easy way to tell if the battery in there is the one which shipped with the bike? If not... I'll probably just get a new one this spring to avoid having "issues" down the road.
