When a phillips isn't a phillips screw? When it's a pozidriv. I run into pozidrivs more than the JIS. Not that I see either of them very often. It's good to know the difference. Philips screwdrivers don't fit all that well in pozidriv screws.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a reality check please. I noticed my steering head bearings were tearing up the races when I did my usual inspection so I ordered a set of tapered roller bearings & races from All Balls. According to All Balls, they should be torqued to 25 - 30 foot pounds. Really...

I've been using my ham radio with an Autocom Super Pro Automatic on the FJR. I have a 38" dual band antenna mounted on the back and I built my own cables instead of using Autocom's. Unless you really understand what you're doing I recommend you use Autocom's cables. Otherwise you could damage...

Same here. I haven't been able to resolve it, but it's barely noticeable so I just live with it.

Autocom Super Pro Automatic will let you do it.

When I buy high end precision drill bits I always buy Norseman split point drill bits. Not cheap but the best quality I've found for the money.

Yeah, but I can relate. I'm itching to get out on the bike myself. If I can't ride it, then might as well do some maintenance or mod it.
