Just wondering if anyone knows the outside diameter of the steering nuts under the triple tree. The ones you tighten to adjust your bearings. Thanks Rich

Mv motored risers and lifting the tank

Was going to finally pull the trigger on this, but I was wondering if this will interfere with lifting the tank for plug changes or throttle body sync. Any advise or tips will be appreciated.

Share a nice experience after getting the bike out of storage.

I store my bike in my shop in the basement over the winter. It started right up and I took it out for a little run tonight. I recently bought a KLR and have been riding that while the streets were still a bit salty. It was nice to get back on the FJR. The KLR is a great bike to mess around...

-3 and riding the new KLR

I picked up a new lime green KLR. I had to go up to Mora Minnesota to get it. they were very nice. I trailer-ed it home, that was scary, I had never trailer-ed a bike before. I got it home, backed the trailer up to a snow bank and unloaded it. I couldn't resist and took it for a quick...

    Possibly Adding a KLR650

I don't know what bug has bit me, but I have had a hankering for a KLR. If you are not familiar with the bike it's a single cylinder dual sport that is water cooled. I know it's a bit heavy and tall, but I want a dual sport that I can actually ride to my destination. I'd hate to trailer my...

Lil' help from previous Goldwing Owners

Route a Course on PC, Then Upload to Iphone

I hope this is in the correct section for this post. I have been searching for some time and can't find a good answer. I would like to create a route on my computer, then upload the ride to my IPhone for navigation. I have Bluetooth from my IPhone to my Helmet, so I don't really want to...

    Handlebar Extenders

OK, so I had an idea, let me know if this is nuts, or if it's been done before where do I get the parts. In bicycling they have lots of handlebar attachments or extenders. On Mountain bikes they look like two horns that hook to the end of the handlebars. I got to thinking if you could find an...

    Seat Advice

I just took my first all day ride on a stock saddle. I'm 6' tall 165, I was wearing biking shorts to add some extra padding. The 2 bones on my backside felt bruised. I was out for 8hrs, and after coming home I was very sore. With all the talk of Corbin, Sargent... Is this the soreness /...
