    EOM 2018 - Maggie Valley, NC - September 20-23, 2018

I've spoken with the hotel manager and a friend of mine that lives in the area, and the roads are fine in the Maggie Valley area and SW. Also, the rain that is forecast around the time we will be there is to the N and E. So it's game on for me. BRP may still be closed, but there are plenty of...

    EOM-2009 Routes are ready, again!

Fantastic routes - thanks to all involved for all the work you put into these! I would like some help picking the 3 highest fun factor routes of the 7. I know this is very subjective, but I would like the opinion of those who know the area. Cheers, Bob in Memphis

    2005 FJR Parts Bike

I am considering purchasing a 2005 FJR as a parts bike. It is missing the seat, windshield, one muffler, but apart from that, supposedly rideable (obviously after installing a seat and muffler). The reason I am doing this is that I need a few ABS parts (hydraulic unit, etc) for my 2004, and...

    EOM Ride routes

Jeff, I'm leaving from Memphis for points north on Sept 3. I really hate to bug you, but is there any chance of getting the gpx files (or any file format for that matter) by Sept 2, as I'm not bringing a computer, so I won't have a way to load them into my GPS unit after departure. Thanks!

Official Website for Eastern Owners Meeting - Register Now!

I would like to get some recommended routes so I can load up my Garmin. I will be leaving 2 weeks early on Sept 3, as I am doing a long trip ending with the EOM, and I wanted to get some ideas before leaving. I noticed the web site still has "To Be Announced" in the Rides link, but I'm thinking...

    A Short Ride Around NH

Hi Alan, Nice pics - makes me home sick. I'm from NH originally, been in Memphis now for 25 years. I'm headed up to NH next month - I was planning on riding a route I downloaded from New England Riders named "NH Notches". Check the link here. This one is 406 miles and looks great. Can you...

    Beat the heat

Jestal: I am attempting to follow some of your work. Could you provide some additional details as to how you accomplished your steps #3-5, especially in the form of pics? For #5, how much of the system did you remove, and where did you plug it? Did you remove the reed valves and the air cutoff...

    Dale Walker Holeshot Full System

Richard, I'm considering the holeshot headers with the stock mufflers on my '04 FJR, as I just want to reduce the heat by removing the cat, but don't want the bike to get too loud. Did you notice a heat reduction with Dale's headers? Have you found a suitable muffler to use instead? Regards, Bob
