What a great idea. There certainly are times that extra room would be desirable without having to look at that big old thing all the time. And it looks pretty good too!

I like it. Even if it's too big to ride with it fully expanded it is a nice way to secure your gear while you are having lunch.

Great idea. The only thing I worry about is adding even more stress to the rear subframe that is already having issues. I wonder if the Shad mounting hardware somehow reinforces it like the Givi mount seems to. Or is it like the OEM top case where you can mount the top case or side bags, but not both to prevent subframe cracking?

Also curious if it could be mounted on the Givi SR357 mount. And can you get a lighting kit? It does look nice though.
