I found out about this on an MX-5 forum I frequent. Mine showed up about 4 weeks after I ordered it. Glossy, color pages, very nice. I don't know who is paying for it, but it is free. Can't beat the price.

The book appears to be really nice and it is in my price range too! Looks like they are going to have a sudden run on thier publication, I just ordered one too.

Link above. It says brochure and you don't have to sign up for their spam. It's a nice book that covers the entire USA including Alaska and Hawaii. It took about 4 weeks to arrive. I hope you enjoy.
