Just installed TechMounts Ball Mount & 12V

The FJR lacks good handlebar mounting locations for phone/GPS mounts. After some searching, I came across the TechMount ball mount that replaces the OEM stem nut. I have to say, the build quality of this is simply fantastic and is perhaps one of the better mounting options I've come across yet.

Also bought a 12V with standard cigarette lighter + 2 USB ports (1A and 2.1A) and put it up front on the right for the time being (wiring is temporary until I commit to its location). Suggestions welcome!

Cool mount. I have the same Tech Mount with the flat plate. It has the 4 holes pre drilled where you can attach anything that they make. Me Lickey.

? To each his own I guess. I like-y my TechMount for my phone. I went with the Tech Mount 3-10998, the one with the flat plate, too. I then mounted a Ram Ball to the plate. So now I can attach anything I use a ram ball with, like my phone, or move my gps there or whatever.
