Hi all,

I have an 07 FJR1300, I was looking for the best place to pick up a pair of Frame Sliders. I would prefer the "no-cut" variety if they are available. What are the best places to look? Thanks in advance.

I installed OES brand on my '07. Simple to install, no body panel removal or modification required.
Also what BkerChuck said. My only additional comment is that I purchased the extended length sliders on my 2007. They're about 1/2" longer. Member Redfish Hunter put me onto these about a year ago. They look good and I figured that the little longer length may lessen the damage in the event of a low/zero speed tipover.

Thanks Mihalis. Those are exactly what I have on mine now. I just wanted better looking. I REALLY like the way Honda incorporated the "Tipover Wings" into the ST 1300's design. Some factory designs look so cool compared to round sticking out.

Agree!Also i like it too!

I installed the motovation sliders last night and it took all of five minutes. Plug and play. I happen to like and prefer the round look. I dunno, it just looks like what it's meant for.

All of the Gen-II and Gen-II sliders are no-cut, aren't they? The Gen-I fairing covers the engine mount bolt that the slider uses, but the later fairings have the gap over that bolt.

Personally I had no problem drilling holes in the fairing, since they were gonna get covered over by the slider, and the offset brackets required for "no cut" on Gen I just seemed ..... flimsy. Not flimsy, maybe, but a thing that could fail.
