You can add us to the list.

Other casinos to consider are : Thunder Valley( Lincoln), Colusa, Cashe Creek, Gold Country(Oroville) and Feather Falls(Oroville)

Just got off the phone with Red Hawk and Thunder Valley.personnel.

Red Hawk lunch is $32.99 and the lines tend to be loooooong

Thunder Valley lunch is $21.00 and the lines tend to be a half hour. Hope this helps in any decision making .... by OM ... cause he is the organizer of this day .. right?

Uffda, I could starve in lines like that. Does it have to be a Casino? I heard OM can cook

As long as it's dry we are in for whatever is decided.

This sounds like fun, so pencil me in. The folks on the ride are good company, and the venue matters little to me, so it'll all come down to the weather... ;)

A good traditional get-together day. If the stars align just right (you know, all that weather stuff, family stuff, the pending end of the world), I'll be there for sure. A little pre-lunch riding to build up the appetite would be good, if it's a typical beautiful sunny Northern California New Year's Day, too.

If y'all end up somewhere around Dillon Beach (staying there over New Year's weekend), I'd love to meet you for lunch. I'll keep watch on where the destination will be. :)

Ah come on now Sam, you know damn well that our Old Michael never runs scared of the weather when it comes to motorcycling!!!

IMO, Red Hawk is o-u-t!

IIRC, Jackson was near $20 when we were there last (2 years for me).

The question for Thunder Valley would be their estimate on waiting time for lunch. Roger, would you please call and ask them what New Years has historically been like? Pretty please?

If we use Thunder Valley we should probably make the "met point" someplace off I-80 for those who wish to head up there en masse.

Thinking lunch at 11:30-12:00 so folks with longer distances can be home before Oh-dark-thirty.

Seafood for lunch?

Being such a loooong ride, we're probably not going to head that way, Ty.

<hugs>
