After getting my fjr back from the fjr hospital I discovered 1 additional damaged item that her insurance adjuster didn't pick up. The helmet lock that I purchased with my top case mounting plate from Premier was bent forward completely. It was toast.
Last night I visited Premier's website to buy a replacement but found it was only listed WITH the mounting plate, not separately. I sent a quick email to them and before 9 this morning Debbie from Premier was calling me on my cell. Two hours later, its in the mail with a tracking number!
Great customer service! I know many of us, myself included, are prone to bitch about crappy service but their attentiveness deserves some recognition :clapping:
