It's shown up before on the forum. A pretty cost effective and robust method. You can get free medical ID cards off the net too and have them laminated locally. A few rallies require these, but at least one will accept alternatives with the same required info.

Nice idea, plenty of ways to do this that cost nothing. Like in your wallet, taped somewhere on the bike, many clothing mfgrs have this on them too, etc.
