Reccomended suspension baseline

Hi all

I just picked up a new 08 FJR13AXB and was looking for some one up baseline suspension settings from those more experienced in the FJR than I am. I came off of an 07 FZ1 so I'm still getting used to this thing. I weigh about 205 without gear. Thanks
