Helibar top triple off my 2011 FJR1300. I removed it to go with a tube bar conversion.
Comes with 2 helibar risers for choice of forward or backwards position. This attaches using the stock bolts, included, as well as the fork pinch bolts.
This is a complete swap, with everything you need except the stock OEM bars. I have those too if needed.

Stock cables work fine, no extensions needed.
