Power Commander lists a different part number for 2005 and 2006. I have no idea how these differ from each other.

I remember being told some time ago it works for both Gen 1 and Gen 2. I will admit, however, that I am not an expert.

He won't be disappointed. I have the same setup and it's kept me dry from Maine to Florida. Except in Key West but that was sideways tropical depression rain. Nothing stops that.
