I am the opposite. Yesterday I put down 400 miles and didn't even have a cell phone or camera, just maps and some stuff in a tank bag 1/3 the size of yours. Wish I did have the camera to take a pic of the bike in front of the Smut Eye Grocery in AL.

The clutter is mostly for the Ham radio and commute stuff. All easy to remove for the leisurely or twisty ride.
