I would have to pick either Linns cafe or the sows ear...... :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:

And just to be sociable if the beaner restaurant has a bar and SoCo I would go there also....

I'm trying to get away on Friday a.m. Laurie and I have reservations at the River Inn for Friday and Saturday night!

I took her over Hwy 58 once to spend the weekend in Morro Bay, might just have to do it again! At the very least we could take Hwy 33 to the 166.

Three proposed routes for those coming from the south that want more twisties than slabbing. One of the routes takes Cerro Noreste which is twisty and sparsely traveled.

Route 1

Route 2

Route 3

So SoCal folks who is going up from here and when are you going?
I will know a lot more after Monday morning about whether or not I can join the fun. I'll keep you posted.

Welcome Cris and Bill. They are friends of Tyler's and any friend of Tyler's is a friend of ours.

They will be joining us on our Big Sur ride. They are riding Beemers. Cris is on a K1200GT and Bill is on a GSA!

They're not on the forum, Don, honey... so you'll have to babble at them in person! ;)

Well, I stand corrected then :dribble: ... Cris' nickname is CC... when I first started my ladies' riding group, there were too many people named Chris/Cris so since both her first and last name start with a "C", and she rides, CC seemed like a very suitable nickname! She's one of my very favorite people... we went on a Candy Butt ride yesterday (60 miles in 4 hours... sound familiar Shiny?? ;) ) and in the course of discussions (and watching a ranger at one of the reservoirs drive his truck over a huge rock and get stuck... damn that was funny... ), I mentioned this ride and invited her along... because she is one of my favorite people... and so are many of you. B)
