18 E to Big Bear (Break)

38 to Redlands. (End of Ride)

Note that State Route 330, the main route up to Big Bear Lake from Highland and San Bernadino, is completely closed in both directions between CA-210 and Running Springs until June 18th for road repair:

From the south, use Highway 38 from Redlands (a nicer ride than 330 anyway), or Highway 18 through Crestline and Lake Arrowhead.
