Thanks! Just bought a new GPS so I can make use of these. I have ridden a lot of these roads but there are some that I haven't hit yet so it should be a treat.

Not sure if anyone else had any problems with the gpx files but I did. If you want the fixed ones that work let me know and I'll post them up.

Also, just a thought, why not put them on the SFO website so people can just download them rather than sending them out individually.

Because I'm not that smart! Seriously I have no website training or schooling whatsoever. I have figured most of this out because I know Adobe's software so well. So if someone can explain to me how to do it using Dreamweaver, then I'm all ears and would be grateful to learn. I just haven't had time to dig into learning it and the email is quick and easy anyways. Your not the first (or prolly the last either) to offer up this idea. I can prolly get to it after the rally! lol :D

I don't think chik will mind me doing this.

If you do mind let me know Michelle.

Anyway, here are a couple routes I put together. One is about 337 mi. and the other is about 200 mi.

Let me know if you want the files.

Paul, I hope your getting your GPS all squared away, cause I was expecting you to be our Navigator.

I am also looking for some company on the longer ride.

Don't care what day it's done on as long as it gets done.

Weather will play a part in deciding which day I'm sure.

Yeah fine, but I'm not keeping the pace DeerSlayer kept last year. I'll have a pillion and I'd like to see the trees this time (they were a bit of a blur last year). GPS is loaded already.

I'm up (Pillion is too) for the longer ride. Even if it takes all day. Mark; you game? I really don't care. I rode two routes last year and I'd like to ride two different ones this year.

The longer route is pretty much the route we will be taking with Michelle on Friday, with a few exceptions. Just a couple miles past Lead Hill (14) we will take 125 north to the ferry, cross Bull Shoals into MO. then around and down into Mt Home and on down to 341 (Push). Lunch somwhere along the way. After Push some will take 14 at Harriett back north to Yellville pick up 62 west back to ES.

The rest of okieriders route goes through some of the best twisties in Arkansas. This will only add another 40 +/- miles to the 337 posted route.

Should be a great ride!

Scott

I will also have a pillion this year and am fine with backing off Deerslayers pace just a little.

Sounds like were are on the same wave length.
