Just picked up the AL20 and am trying to figure out how to mount it as none of the supplied brackets work. I would like to put it inline with the unused mirror mount on the left handlebar so that the radio sits to the left of the mount point.
Has anyone found a bracket that does this? Or am I...
Hard to get as there is only one distributor in the US and Canada but the quality and design is unbeatable.

I picked up a pair of the EVO Sports GTX a few years ago and they still show no signs of wear and I've used them comfortably on all-day...
Thanks guys. This is starting to make sense.
Mihalis you're right about the genmar risers replacing the OEM plate. I thought the bolts (N.12) were separate from and therefore not attached to the plate. So I originally went looking for them in my parts bin and obviously couldn't find them...
Started putting this on last night and got a little confused about which bolts go where... I looked this thread over but I still can make sense of where I've gone wrong....
I removed the handlebars and the genmar risers. I put the plate on and secured it by installing the 2 supplied bolts thru...
The stock mirrors are useless so there's no logic in praising the mirrors over the camera if they don't fucking work. The FZ1 alternatives are ugly and I don't much care for the look of the extenders either. That's a matter of taste.
While Transport Canada requires mirrors on bikes I know 2...
I'm seriously considering purchasing a rear view camera setup. If I do so I would like to remove the mirrors altogether but can't find any sort of caps for the mount points on the fairing. Has anyone come across anything like that?
Thanks in advance.

I bought the Scorpion EX900 as I wanted the features of a modular/transformer helmet but couldn't justify the coin for either the Shoei or the Schuberth given the cost of the Scorpion. I rode with it on a 4K KM ride to Nova Scotia and back and found that the noise and weight were very...
I just did this ride in the other direction - Toronto to Duluth on the Ontario side and back home through the states during the last week of June.

The bike was at the time 3 months old and I went a little overboard adding stuff. The ones that were of use and without would have made my...
A quick check of the MS site today indicates that it's still being discounted by $20 but the end price is $19.95.

They're both stunning but the pipes on the duke ruin it for me.
And i know what you mean about RC8R in traffic - I'm good for 2 hours on the open road before I've got to stop for some recovery time. I dont even bother if there's any traffic... The downside of being old and fat. :sadsmiley02...
Thanks 20 - I'll try greasing it up to get a seal (damn that didn't come out quite right)!
Oddly enough I tightened the latch when I got the thing because it had some play when it was closed. Even so it still has some play but I don't think that is where the leak is (front of the lid). From...
