Cycle World FJR Review

The Nov issue of Cycle World has a shootout of 8GT bikes-the FJR

(2005) wins! Interesting read. It did get noted as one of 3 fricasee

specials, but scored high in all other aspects, and there is an

addendum re the new 2006 model.

The other broiler-bikes mentioned are the Honda ST-1300, worst case,

and the Triumph Sprint ST, next worst.

Skimmed the article and Ya…I like the part where they called the FJR the love child of the GW & Hayabusa. Now if we could just get the Busa to Fook the FJR. LOL. That…would be *my* ideal ST! A Busa with FJR amenities. :wub:

Interesting....if you read the same type articles in the European magazines (such as Bike and Two Wheels Only), the results are exactly opposite. Things that make you go, Hmmmm.......

Just for the record....I love my FJR and firmly believe it's the greatest sport-tourer available.

+1. And I feel the same way about my wife. Sadly, there are no more like her available. Everybody should have one. And an FJR!
