I need to check my coolant level. Gen III

I have done this before, but right now I can't find the 'quick fastener for the cowling vent panel

I am suffering from insufficient memory, and the diagram in the owner's manual is not helping me.  Please help before I break the panel off.

Bottom side of the panel. Quick connect. Get on yer hands and knees and look at underside closest to the seat.

Leave the panel on if you don't need to add coolant, a flashlight works to check the level in the recovery tank. Adding coolant, use a long thin funnel to make the reach. Not the easiest, but it works.
