Shad Brake Light Kit for SH 50 Top Box

I wanted a top box, so shopped around for a decent buy, would have liked a color matched OEM, but found an used Shad SH50. Wasn't looking for the light, but it was included and I'm really glad to have it. Doesn't seem particularly brighter for an LED unit, but is noticeable. So if anyone is looking at boxes, OEM, GIVI, or Shad, I would consider the Shad, the box is very nice, but the 3rd brake light is only about $60 to add. Cheaper and easier then adding lights to the box reflectors, and should help get attention.

Excellent! I just got a great deal on a used SH50 for my ST1300 and I am very interested in this integrated brake light. I ordered one online but was informed they were back ordered till 9/20. I am about to cancel that and order from someplace else.

Thanks for posting this, I wanted to see how it performed.

BTW, your helper looks a bit small to be riding a bike that big.
