Touchy on-off throttle

I have seen it mentioned a couple time now that Yamaha had fixed this problem with the 09-10 models. What exactly was it that Yamaha done to fix/cure the problem?

I don't know what Yamaha did but this helped me and didn't cost anything. I did one unwind on the throttle spring, fatter grips (Hot Grips) and I took the slack out of the throttle and its made a significant difference.

I got dealer to fit an updated ECU to my 07 and up the CO2 tp help the TB pipes and it has helped the twitchy throttle issue by abour 900%.

By inference that likely means Yamaha changed programming to the CPU. I doubt you'll find what they did exactly as far 0's and 1's in the code.
