    2013 FJR1300

I do not have the clip, but it shouldn't be hard to find. Sweet sound with the baffles in.

    2013 FJR1300

Pilot road 3 long term test

The PR3's on my previous bike were history at 9k. Never gotten more than 10k from any of the tires I've tried on various sport touring mounts. The stones are at 8k and shot!

2013 owners - do you see much difference in which position the vents are in?

Have changed them several times and cannot note any change in the hot weather. Perhaps leaving them in the garage at home works best?

    13 Dash issues anyone?

Well the service was performed and there apparently were no error codes in the computer. It is noted as I have concerns about recurrence. The issue with the cruise seems to be more computer related than switch gear. Tires are shot at 8k. Time for new rubber.

    Beartooth Highway Part 1

Rode it last week both ways and last September. One of my favorite rides. Think I prefer it heading to Red Lodge from Cody via the Chief Joe Highway. Anyway you ride it is fun and spectacular. Nice video!

    13 Dash issues anyone?

I'm hoping it is the switch gear. Will have some answers Friday. I hope.

    13 Dash issues anyone?

I'm at 8k and this had not happened previous to this trip. Having the bike serviced next week and hope they can pinpoint the issue then.

    13 Dash issues anyone?

Just returned from a trip of some 3k + miles and had incidents of my dash not changing pages, the cruise control being "ON" but refusing to reengage after being suspended. In short several recurring electronic issues have surfaced in my 013 dash. Anyone else have any of similar issues????

2 Brothers with P1X compared to GPR and/or LeoVince

My Beowulf titanium cans sound much like the two brothers, they have carbon end caps and make puuurfect sound with the baffles in.

What did you do to your FJR today?

Installed Beowulf titanium exhausts in about 30 minutes. Very sweet sounding with the baffles in.

What is the preferred boot of the FJR riders?

My vote also for the Alpinestar Web Goretex boot. Have had them now for 3 years, very comfortable and my feet stay dry in the wet and the are comfortable in the heat as well. Saw temps in the 90s to 100s days ago and my fett never felt hot, but then the rest of me was.

    Two Brothers Exhaust Black Series

Thanks Warpdrv, hoping for confirmation from Two Brothers as the most definitive answer.

    2013 FJR Ride Impressions

Guess us noobs will be investing in a few extra spare keys. Not crazy about having one break off in the bike while on the road.

    2013 FJR Ride Impressions

UPDATE: Just returned from a 3100 mile 8.5 day trip. The FJR is an amazing bike with the usual shortcomings we all seem to find regardless of make ridden. My areas of concern: First - the side and top case latches. It would appear that Yamaha didn't even look at the way other OEMs are...

    Factory heated grips

Returned late yesterday from a 3100 mile 8.5 day trip, used the heated grips without issue. Reset the high from 9 to 10. Can't believe that one digit could make the difference. But they are nice and toasty.
