I am trying to find a mount/bracket that goes on the passenger peg and holds one of the igloo type personal water coolers. I know I have seen these on here but I think the person making them is no longer in business. Does anyone know of anyone who produces a similar item or do any of you have...

I have the throttlemeisters and love them. They look good and are nice to have to give your hand a break on long trips.

The buttpads are pretty comfortable, the only problem is the Bill Mayer seat allows my to slide forward out of the position that we paid Bill Mayer to put us in. I will be using it on the bbgold for sure though.

WoooHooo! The packet finally came in the mail. Both rides were certified. Melinda and I are both proud members of the IBA. I think I am going to try a BBgold next.

Mike said it will be sent out today. He said he forgot to email me back, Ira at the IBA was very helpfull also......and he returns emails quickly. Mike said that the three cert. teams quit looking at the SS part of the ride when we stopped for a couple hours sleep and were 20 or so miles short...

Still no certification, check is cashed though. Mr. Kneebone says he will take care of it, hopefully soon.........I don't really understand, it passed the preliminary stages when the check was cashed two months ago. Shouldn't it be finished by now?

I have an 04 and was told by yamaha that I needed the tps recal performed. Haven't done it yet but I need to get it there soon. I just don't blip it any more.

I agree with the rest, avoid Key West.....I went from Palmetto, Fl.-Emporia Va. and back for 1616 miles on my ss1000, and bb1500. We went 75-10-295-95, traffic was great even around Jacksonville. 95 tore up my back tire because it is grooved for rain dispersion but it was nice when it did rain...

Do the ss1000 and the bb1500 at the same time. I would recommend doing the ride by yourself or with one other rider that you are sure will keep the same or very similar pace as you. Time is a crunch as eeksnake said so keep the stops quick. I did the ride with my SO and she takes longer on...

Nice job on the ride. It is interesting when you look back on the trip and see how far you actually went. I can't wait to do the 50cc or a trip to Canada from Palmetto, Fl. Russell or Bill Meyer TCMike.

HMMMM, mine appeared brown at first glance but they are clearly black and blend very well with the black plastic saddle bag.

I like my government job, if they would put my job code into high risk or at least special risk it would be even better. As it stands we only make about 1.7% a year retirement. But I am combatting that with a defered comp. account.
