Garmin 2610 - Good Price

Is $269 a good price for a used or refurb Garmin 2610? I've looked here in Canada and it seems no one carries them anymore.

Not bad. Go to Amazon.com and search on 'Garmin 2610'. There are some out there in the $250 range, but, as always with refurb equipment, buyer beware. If it were me, I'd spend the few extra bucks and buy new.

imho, the 2610 has been user friendly to me... not too many gee wizz features, but enough: touch screen, auto reroute, entire usOFa on a 2gig cf card...

the 2610 was rock solid on my 12000 mile tour this summer, only one blind alley...

the price ranges mentioned above seem great for a workhorse unit... mine, new, was $598 after intense (looking for sale prices and online coupons to use with the sale pricing) www shopping...

Checked Costco here in Canada, rediculous, $799 Cdn or approx $708 U.S. Guess they won't sell many here!
