Cheapest "new" I've seen (and purchased) was from Parts Shark. $74 each I think. Keep an eye on Ebay...
Search USED FZ1 Mirrors (that way you don't get all the non oem ads). You could score a set for about $50. Good luck.
For the plates, just go to Dave Wynn (he is the man after-all).

Found the mirrorz, I'll probably order the plates from Dave in another month or so.

Exactly why I am waiting. Dealer still has the bike. Parts for the ground recall are back ordered and my seat is at Russell.
